like names will appear with the corresponding city for you to choose from.
CHANGE EFFECTIVE DATES?
Unfortunately this cannot be done. Once a policy is uploaded, the effective date
is permanent. Please be sure of the date before posting your
policies.
CANADIAN ADDRESS? Use the first
two blocks for street and province; use zip block for same. Leave the state
blank, do not input CA , as the USPS recognizes as California.
